Oliveiras Charming Apartment Downtown

Es un apartamento muy amplio, que dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una escapada a la ciudad. Nos dejaron agua y unas cápsulas de café y también unos amenities en el baño, todo de cortesía. Tiene un sistema de puertas correderas que hacen que el espacio sea muy diáfano. La atención por parte del personal es excepcional, tuvieron el detalle de permitirnos entrar antes, ya que nuestro vuelo era muy temprano.

Por poner un “pero”, el colchón no es de los más cómodos, creo que necesita renovarse.

Ubicación magnífica. Amplitud y distribucion del apartamento.

The location and it was clean and spacious.

Beware if you are going there as there is very significant building work taking place next door resulting in unbearable noise all day from 8.30am. The dishwasher at the property doesn’t work and there are no instructions for using the hob (it’s a particularly complicated set up).There should also be hooks or suchlike in the bathroom to dry towels on.

Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine haben leider nicht funktioniert.

The bed is cheap and really uncomfortable. Cheap sheets and bed linen, and uncomfortable pillows. We were not informed that there would be construction work going in the building during our stay, meaning we were woken up early and unable to enjoy the apartment if we wanted to relax during the day.

The property is on a perfect location and has all the amenities needed. It's spacious, clean and comfortable

Unfortunately I couldn't make my check in by 7pm due to my taxi was late and then stucked in traffic. The host told me she left the key in a safe box 5 minutes away from the apartment I was staying. When I arrived to the apartment from which I was supposed to walk and get the key with my huge luggage as I was traveling further I found out that the safe box is 27 minutes away by walk not 5 minutes as confirmed by the host. Unfortunately I had to take an Uber to and back as well to get the keys and I was late to a business dinner due to this incident. The host also said the check in finished at 7pm which was also disappointing as on the advertisement it says there is opportunity for check in after 7pm. She said that it is chargeable and she made plans for that day and had to leave... If I have known in advance that the key is almost half an hour away I could have gone there straight with the taxi from where I was coming from but I was told it's 5 minutes which was misleading and caused the whole issue. I hope the host learn from the situation that the information provided should be correct both on the advertbofbthe property both in the communication with the client.
