"The house is decent, but I didn’t like the surroundings. Convenient location near the city."

1. The house is very comfortable, accommodating up to 4 adults with an extra mattress available in the second bedroom for an additional pax. 2. Basic kitchen amenities, including cookware and a fridge are provided. 3. The booking process was smooth, and the homeowner was easy to communicate with.

1. The surroundings of the house is a bit dodgy, especially at night (located in secluded area rather than a typical terrace house neighborhood - refer Google Map). 2. Some of the cookware is rusty could be replaced for safety reasons. 3. No microwave for heating food, but an induction cooker is available. 4. No water heater is provided. 5. The gated parking area for Homestay 2 is very narrow, not suitable for larger vehicles like 4x4 or X90.
