One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a host. The listing failed to provide essential information about the apartment’s location and, most importantly, that the apartment is on the 4th floor with NO LIFT — a crucial detail for two ladies over 70 years old, for whom climbing several flights of stairs was simply not possible. This completely changed the reality of what was being booked and shows a serious lack of transparency. Ultimately, we had no choice but to not check in and urgently find another place to stay. When I raised the issue and tried to discuss a refund, the host was communicating at the beginning, than at last he chose to ignore my messages rather than take responsibility or handle the matter professionally. The apartment itself was also not worth the price asked, you can see from the pictures. Broken pieces, poor maintenance and dirty. Poor value for money, incomplete and misleading information, unprofessional attitude, and zero customer care. I would not recommend booking with this host.

wenig Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck; kein Wasserkocher; Wasserflecken an Decke (es hat kurze Zeit stark geregnet); Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Sesselleisten, Arbeitsplatte in Küche etc. könte man mit wenigen Handgriffen ansprechend und einladend umgestalten

Proprietaria molto disponibile e cortese. Ci ha concesso flessibilità nel check in e check out. Posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda per chi viaggia in treno.

La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene.

Buona posizione, ottima per chi arriva in treno. Stanze grandi. Proprietari gentili, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e fare il check out nel pomeriggio senza costi aggiuntivi

Non c’è TV, non c’è Wi-Fi. 4 piani a piedi ma lo sapevamo e per noi non era un problema. L’arredamento e’ funzionale ma un po’ troppo essenziale. In bagno non c’era il sapone per lavarsi. Era il we della Barcolana quindi i prezzi erano tutti particolarmente alti, però per i servizi offerti non posso definire il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono.
