- The house is spacious. - The facilities are great (with complete toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent). - My father is disabled, thus from outside the apartment until inside the house, there is no step and the elevator works fine. - I like the dedicated parking for the unit. - Grocery store at GF of the building.

- I didn't like paying a deposit without any receipt. I have never encountered any accommodation before asking for a cash deposit during check-in but without giving any deposit. I had to argue a bit with the host for her to understand that the receipt is important for a large amount of money. - Finally, she understood and comforted me in another way. The receipt was given only at the end of my stay. - Communication was also a bit hard because the caretaker is not fluent in English.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. Free pick-up from the airport, answering questions prior to the stay and throughout, good tips about spending time in Almaty. The location is good - not right in the center but easy distance by subway located conveniently close; plenty of food stores around, the closest is next door; safe territory, new building, pleasant and very spacious apartment, great view overlooking the mountains. Medeu and Shymbulak were 45 minutes away by taxi - but go on a week day! Good kitchen with cooking utensils, plenty of towels.

Maybe having several smaller plates and also things like salt and oil in the kitchen. But there was coffee and tea!
