"AC broken, but okay besides that"

Owner spoke English very well, the apartment was very spacious. Location was Close to a well stocked supermarket. WiFi worked alright aswell.

The AC didn't work, which was very unfortunate since I usually filter out places without it during the summer. Apparently there was something wrong with the outside unit. Make sure to ask if it's fixed if you're looking for some reprieve from the heat outside.
