Cozy and comfortable apartment, in a nice location, with all dishes available, just needs an extra detail to use one of the coffee machines, and with the other one, just be careful of the cap to take off before using (it’s a small plastic object, not obvious to the eye especially if you’re in need of coffee at that moment :)

The service is more impersonal than I thought with previous comments, it’s a business. Oh and make sure you’re clear on the city tax amount with the reservation.

I've felt like home. Home sweet home. Mery, the host, has put a lot of effort in order to pack everything you need in her little and cosy apartment. You may or may not like all the decoration but it gives a feeling of being in a lively place, for real. Not just a anonym place that exists just for rental. And Mery has really put herself in the shoes of her guests. To the point that every time I needed something, to cook for example, it was just where it should be. Logically. And again, as if someone really lived here. The location is perfect, in a calm alley, and you can wander on Ortigia from there in all directions. Cleanliness, warm welcome, all equipements and more make that apartment a gem that I can only highly recommend. I would have stayed longer if I was not on a tight schedule.
