"Stayed one night at this lodging at Kubota, Tawau. The room was quite new, price was affordable, expect basic facilities"

Located at Kubota Tawau which has many eateries nearby and road parking

There is no Reception Counter, guest have to collect room key from a pizza shop nearby. The corridor and staircase accessing to the room was dark. Booking.com shall not listed this property as a hotel.

No but can you put at least one mirror in the room, bcs its only has mirror in toilet 😅
