Prostranost apartmana. Mogućnost potpunog zamračivanja soba (rolete koje ne propuštaju ni mrvicu svjetlosti), tišina i udobni kreveti.

Nemogućnost izlaska iz objekta usred noći, kada sam trebala po lijek koji sam zaboravila u autu.
