The apartment is situated in very close proximity to all the places of interest. Most of the sites can be reached on foot, in fact we walked everywhere in the city. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, there is a kitchen area, large bathroom, sofa and tv and dining area. The bed is very comfortable! The apartment was very clean on arrival.

Occasional noise outside but not too loud.

The property was great. It was spacious, clean, and had everything you could want. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see.

The one negative about this place was the noise at night. It was very loud outside and we didn’t get any sleep.

Good location

Access was quite difficult, considering that we had to open at least four doors, each with its own key! There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, with the one coming from the bathroom being particularly strong. The washing machine was very, very dirty and uncleaned, and the air conditioning unit was also quite “worn out.” While in other cities (Ragusa, Catania) we paid a tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per night, here we were charged 4 EUR per person per night. It would be good to know about this tax at the time of booking

La posizione è ottima, struttura curata e moderna. Sergio ottimo padrone di casa, sempre disponibile. Ottima per chi non vuole usare la macchina a noleggio, e preferisce spostarsi a piedi.

Very good location in the city center. Few steps from via Roma and bus station and Teatro Massimo. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Safe location and safe apartment. Clean room with new facilities. Would recommend it for a stay in Palermo. In the front of the building quite place for a drink and gelateria. Nice and kind host.
