VIVA APARTMENT

It was bigger than I expected and overall the suite was clean. I could use the kitchen to cook food that I wanted to.

When opening cabinets, it smelled and dishes/cutleries needed to be washed before use. A chair next to the table was broken beforehand so I could not use that chair. Water splashed everywhere when showering. Beddings and pillows were not comfortable. Sharing a code for entering the front gate and instructions on where to throw away trash would have been helpful. It was difficult to find the keys to the suite.

I reserved the apartment based on the positive reviews, but it appears that some individuals lack an understanding of what constitutes a clean environment. First, it was quite challenging to locate the apartment since the most convenient access is through the parking area, making it easier only for those with a car. Since I did not have a car, the owner spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining the location of the key locker. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par: the floor, door handles and the remote control were sticky, and both the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to have been cleaned only with water. The cutlery was also not properly cleaned. Despite booking a week-long stay, coffee was only provided for two days. The coffee provided was insufficient. Despite my request for additional coffee, none was provided. The coffee machine's foam maker was not functional. It seemed that the coffee machine had not been cleaned or descaled for a long time. Shower gel and shampoo were not provided initially, although shower gel was brought the next day, shampoo was still missing. The kitchen amenities were of very low quality, making cooking difficult. No paper towels. Considering the week-long booking, there were no extra garbage bin bags provided. While the location is close to Iulius Mall and Lidl, it is not convenient for food delivery services as it may be challenging for them to find the place. Overall, I would not recommend it.

The apartment is located near Iulius mall, clean and cozy with free parking included. Everything you need you can find in the apartment -microwave, coffee machine, iron, etc

This is a beautiful apartment with a nice view in a very quite part of the Iulius Mall condo complex.

Unfortunately, the bedding was all synthetic and the fitted sheet was too small so it was constantly snapping off the mattress. We had no hangers until the owner came to bring us a few and the pots and the cutlery sets in the kitchen are very low quality. You're also missing things like oven mitts or towels, condiments and a shower curtain in the bathroom. I've mentioned all of these to the owner and if they make this changes this apartment can be a real gem.

Good clean appartement.

Lacked shower curtain as maybe the only thing and a more stocked kitchen with more utensils and simple cooking ingredients.
