The way Brett the owner ensured that our stay is amazing despite not being told that there were guests coming on the said dates

When we were told that we were not expected, it was very disappointing after so much travel

Beautiful location. Very private. Lovely view. Cute little doggy named Roxy.

The water in the en suite didn't seem to be hot. It wasn't a problem because there is another bathroom.

Very nice little cottage. Comfy and very quiet.

Love the idea of palm branches but it attracts too much flies Patio light very dim n need another light on patio especially when braaing patio could do with additional seating Toaster very untidy n does not toast well Kitchen tap moving around when opening Fridge too small cannot hold milk n cool drink standing up Hot water not easily available in kitchen comes after repeat opening Needs more candles as the candle on table was burnt out needs to be replaced Chairs not the best as the roping hurts a bit after sitting for a while Only 5 chairs not 6 Floors very slippery when walking with socks My boys 5 n 2 slipped a lot eventually had to put their takkies on to avoid them falling The dog on premises very playful and chasing kids around n jumping on them jumping on the inside and outside seating so it was a bit uncomfortable with dog hair all over we continuously had to close the door n ask helper to take the dog away this should be considered and guest should be asked if that works for them We arrived 14.05 at destination Noone was there I called Thobeka or not sure if it's Thobela and then the helper came after a few minutes We entered home and helper was still cleaning n picking up dirt and was not expecting us This is just some of the things I would like to bring to your attention that I feel needs to be addressed and hope this helps you
