Near to uitm and near to almost everything

Need to put some room perfume as the living room and kitchen quite smelly. Smell like oil… otherwise all is ok

The security is so helpful, the apartment has a small cafe and a convenient store...plus there is a pasar malam nearby.

It doesn't provide hair dryer and not enough kitchen tools.
