Fisherhut Beachfront Studios

the place was incredibly run down, grounds totally unkept. The studio was dirty. hair on the floor and the bathroom smelt of urine. Marks on towels, I’m unsure if dirty or stained? I spoke with person via what’s app only.

The property is a beachfront property. The swimming pool is big and clean. Jet skiing is available at the beach. The property is in close proximity to shopping malls and other amenities including a hospital. One can decide to prepare their meals or just stroll along the beach and eat in one of the many hotels along the beach.

Everything else. The building is dilapidated and lacks basic maintenance. Looks like a ghost town. The room lacks proper ventilation and it can get really stuffy.

The apartment is a beachfront property with full access to the beach and two large pools.

The description of the apartment was inaccurate - it was listed as a 1-bedroom apartment, but it was actually a studio. Additionally, there was no duvet provided despite it being the cold season. The check-in and check-out times didn't provide much value for the money and seemed to only cater to long-term guests. The cleanliness of the apartment was not satisfactory. There were used cigarette butts on the flowers of the balcony, which caused a persistent smell throughout my entire stay.

The property is on the beachfront (best part) and the owners have maintained very high standards.

It is a big Hotel complex, but was almost empty. Very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

No Mosquito Net over the bed. But a plug in thing that kills them I guess.
