"Nice apartment, but couch and bedding need to be cleaned more often."

Good location, within walking distance of most attractions. Great shower.
The couch and ENTIRE bed smelled like sweaty smelly people. Some clean bed spreads, coverlet, pillows would have been nice. We had to go buy some Fabreeze and spray the couch and all bedding which really did not help at all.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Oglethorpe Inn for a week while visiting Savannah. The Inn was a wonderful choice. We had a two-bedroom corner unit with lots of windows/sunlight, balconies to sit outside, a nice fully furnished kitchen and luxurious bathroom/shower. It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable and the location on East Oglethorpe is absolutely perfect! Carlos and Marci responded quickly with questions and were very accommodating. We will definitely return to Savannah and stay at the Oglethorpe Inn. Our stay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

The accommodations were comfortable and upgrades were great! Location was absolutely perfect as we walked everywhere and had easy access to guided tours. Even used the Purple Dot shuttle!
Having stayed for a week some items were not available and guides to what would be necessary during a longer stay. IE where to put the trash, location of the washer. There were some routine maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Some of the amenities listed were not available. As long term renters we wish to treat the property as we would our home.

Great place with high ceilings and easy access to everything in Savannah. Attention to detail like Kurig coffee maker with coffee pods included. Made us feel welcome.
Parking is not free nor is it convenient to wake up early to feed the meter before 8:00 am. On our last day we got out there by 8:30 and had a $40 ticket waiting for us. Not the owners fault, but it’s something to consider.

The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We loved the layout of the apartment as well as all the beautiful touches. Everything we needed was provided and the place was kept very clean. The location was, also, perfect-walking distance to everything we wanted. We will be visiting again.
