Attention to Bookings.com This property which I booked through your site, seems to be a scam, as on the 28th when my clients arrived they could not access the property, the guards would not let them in, the pin you gave did not work, it was one digit short. The guards asked for a number and address, which is also NOT anywhere on the Receipt, or the booking confirmation. So we did not have a physical address either. My clients and myself called the cell number on the booking several times and at first the number said its not available. Then when it did ring, it just continued to ring and then went to a automated message system, you could not leave a message. I then sent a urgent message to the email below (cc’d in) and still had no response. Kindly refund my money to me, or it will take this further. I have had interactions with Booking.com before and never experienced this before and not something I would expect to experience from such a organisation. Awaiting your Urgent response
