Ontrack Travel - room

Host was great and service was awesome.

I overlooked the fact it was on the 4th floor and stairs only.

We felt very welcome by the manager who stood in the street waiting for us. We were offered water and juice drinks immediately, as it was a super hot day. The room was nice and cool, pretty much what you would expect from the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a common area with self-service breakfast (toast and some spreads) as well as a fridge filled with juices and water bottles, free to use. We stayed for one night and checked out early to catch the ferry to the airport. For that purpose, this guest house was perfect.

The location isn't great. It was a little difficult to find, because Google Maps precision isn't super reliable in the Maldives, for some reason. At the time of our stay, there were some construction going on next door, which of course was very noisy. That's not something that can be blamed on the guest house though, just something to bear in mind. Maldivians have a crazy work ethic, so they work until 11pm. However, after they stopped working it was surprisingly quiet there. No other city noise.

Shareef is a great host, absolutely kind and helpful. Its not a tourism area but the experience was absolutely cool :)
