"Large apartment at a nice location in town"

Very good spot at lakeshore, nice view, sundown balcony, many bars, cafes and restaurants very close nearby, plenty of room in apartment, washing machine and clothes line, king size bed very comfortable, parking spot for free nearby (directly in front of the house you have to pay 1,80€/hr), easy to enter with code, good contact with landlord, some family games, heating possibility for colder nights

More clothes-pegs would be helpful, quite old fashioned furniture but functioning
