Appartamento molto grande, nonostante in un palazzo con molti condomini silenzioso, bagno rifatto e pulito, proprietario molto disponibile. Check in organizzato bene.

Palazzo enorme con più ingressi e, non essendo pratici, abbiamo fatto un po’ di fatica a trovare quello giusto. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e d’aiuto. OCCHIO ALL’ASCENSORE, SEGUITE ALLA LETTERA LE ISTRUZIONI ALTRIMENTI PASSERETE UNA BRUTTA ORETTA!!! Abbiamo dovuto contattare il proprietario nel cuore della notte e anche in questo caso ci ha risolto il problema chiamando il manutentore. Il palazzo non si presenta proprio bene ma quando si entra l’appartamento è molto bello.

It's a very old building with one very weird elevator. You need to go downstairs by the elevator if want to open the front door. There is only one key. The balcony is a dangerous one, it's 8th floor and the railing only 60 cm. Everything is shaking in the flat like the table and even the kitchen faucet...The second bathroom is a challenging one... Only kids can use it..

Very spacious, close proximity to trendy restaurants, walkable distance to old town

Overall, it’s a good apartment, very well located. Right above a supermarket, and very short walk to major bus stop and metro. Easy walk to the old city center and many bars and eateries. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathroom with shower is OK. Small bathroom/toilet is small, but definitely a plus for 4 and more people. Check-in and out was easy and smooth with keys left in a key-lock box. The apartment was pretty clean, although kitchen stuff (plates, cups, tableware) were sometimes not (I understand that guests usually wash their own… but as we didn’t get tablets for the washer it was a bit of a letdown). Beds, beddings and towels were nice and clean. In the grand scheme of things, it’s a good choice.

There are some small issues, some of which can be easily addressed. The dining table is rocky, but that can be easily fixed by tightening the screws (had the tools been available, I’d have done it). Upholstery on the chairs is wearing out. The kitchen equipment is basic and we found some things missing (could use a strainer for pasta for example… and a little more of everything else… and although there were both salt and polishing liquid for the dishwasher – there were no tablets). It would also have been nice to have a few extra sheets and blankets for the beds so that people who don’t want to share can have their own. If sleeping on the couch (which is comfortable) you’re going to be woken up early by sunlight, as one of the glass door’s shutter does not close. Also, the windows do a mediocre job of keeping out the noise from the street, and do let in some wind. Less of an issue in October when we visited, but I believe would be an issue on a cold winter.

A lot of space, big apartment. The staff was very nice and always available for any question!

One toilet was broken.
