I liked everything, the staff was friendly,safe location, our room was clean and smelled nice,it was easy to get there, spoke to the staff in the morning before our check in,they send us a pin location. thank you ausi Candice and ausi Kgomotso.

The place was too perfect I've enjoyed my stay in wish to go back there in some few months

The horrible experience to get to the location The address on booking.com and Google takes you too the middle of a sqwatter camp It’s extremely dangerous if you don’t know the area, you have to fix the address

L’hébergement est bien sécurisé et se trouve dans un lotissement plutôt sympa. L’emplacement était idéal pour nous. Il se trouve à 10 minutes du Pilanesberg National Park. L’hôte s’est montrée très serviable (un micro-onde se trouve dans la cuisine, indépendante de la chambre, et l’accès nous y a été autorisé - dommage toutefois qu’il soit nécessaire de déranger l’hôte pour y accéder). Elle était également très sympathique. Chambre plutôt confortable. Le minimum s’y trouve (frigo, bouilloire…). De l’eau potable avait été mise à notre disposition.

Vigilance ! Pour nous rendre à l’hébergement, nous avons inscrit « MeLeano Guesthouse » sur Google Maps or il se trouve que le GPS nous a dirigé en plein cœur d’un bidonville. L’adresse est erronée sur Maps. Veillez à bien demander la localisation à l’hôte à votre arrivée. L’arrivée tardive de nos voisins de chambre m’a réveillée en pleine nuit, faute d’insonorisation suffisante, mais indépendamment de la volonté de l’hôte et ce n’est arrivé qu’un seul soir ! La chambre était plutôt humide. Il nous manquait une serviette de bain à notre arrivée mais l’hôte y a remédier à notre demande. Il y a très peu de restaurants dans la ville.

The towels were extremely dry; they need to be put in StaySoft. The bathroom did not have dust bins for sanitary towels, the bathroom did not have complimentary soaps and body moisturiser. The rooms did not have glasses for drinking water.

The cleanliness.

The place was very clean, both inside and outside. It was safe and more beautiful than what was shown on the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The parking space was not enough.

The fact that thers no parking because I also had to move the car for other guests to go in at arrival it's a bit irritating. The biggest issue is parking they do not have sufficient space for parking I had to wake up and move the car for other guests packed my bags outside in the street duri
