Game room was very cold. One of the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. WiFi sometimes didn’t work and was slow.

When my husband kids and I arrived we noticed the house had a for sale sign the house is for sale and there was a car parked in the driveway silver Honda civic with one man in the car when we pulled into the driveway he started at us then proceeded to shoosh me out of the way in a very rude scary manner I felt threatened I moved my car so he could move and I quickly called the property manager she did not who the person was and why other people were there I told her to cancel my reservation I did not feel safe being there with my kids with other people being at the property we had to pay for a hotel and additional $500 the property manager then lied and said it was the cleaning company we arrived around 6pm no company cleans a house after the check in time and the car did not have any cleaning supplies horrible experience they never refunded my $450 kept my money and we did not stay due to unsafe reasons. Extremely unprofessional do no stay here if you want a safe place and is on the market. I will show emails showing they confirm someone else was there that person was rude and I felt threatened they were definitely not the cleaning crew. Don’t use this place.

INlocation was good
We faced multiple issues during our stay. We shared some with the host too via text message. 1. We discovered a significant number of ants in and around the kitchen area, including in pans, sugar containers, and on kitchen surfaces. 2. Additionally, the mattress in the bunk bed was extremely uncomfortable and practically unusable. As a result, my father and his elderly friend had to sleep on the living room couch. 3. Excessive dampness in the house, particularly in the play area, caused red rashes on the skin for a few members of our group.

WiFi was pretty bad. It would drop in and out and we eventually gave up and used our phone hotspots instead which isn’t ideal. There was also some realtor stuff left behind which made it feel like we weren’t supposed to be there because the house is on the market. The dining table was also broken and the leg was taped together which still made it wobble a lot. Bbq was dirty which we planned to use but didn’t.
