The path to the cabin was difficult to take heavy bags down .

Lovely cottage with a great view of Christchurch and the ocean in the distance. Sweet garden setting, very private. Comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. Secure entrance. Idyllic!

What a beautiful place to stay, it was comfortable, perfectly clean and like a little retreat in the suburbs on the hill. Surrounded by a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers. Gorgeous views of the city. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations!

The views

Mostly well appointed, but the bed pillows are seriously over-stuffed. Difficult to get a good night's sleep without getting a stiff neck. Disappointing to see an otherwise well-presented property let down by such a small item.

Very beautiful and spacious homestay rental! We loved how it was very modern and clean and the view was also amazing. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch, also the door opens up where we also enjoyed the view from the couch inside. The kitchen was fantastic and also beautifully designed, it had everything that we needed. It was so comfortable and perfect for our short little stay in Christchurch.

Beautiful views. Nice cottage

Getting bags to and throw from cottage was very challenging. Older couples would find hard as lots of carrying of bags especially where ground is slabs and cobble stones. With steep incline when leaving You definitely need your own car as out of town and no where you can just walk to for coffee ect
