Well heated, spacious room. Running hot water and mini fridge. The host was welcoming.

Really uncomfortable mattress, I had back pain the entire 3 day stay. The bed was very noisy. Outdated furniture, broken lamps, not very clean (sticky surfaces and dirt on the floor) No hairdryer (even though it was included in the description). No chairs. Old and ripped drapes on the windows. The stairway and common area had an unpleasant odor. Loud noises from renovation work going on in the building.

The price. The location. The hosts are really very pokit2e and helpful. The dine in.

If you are a hygiene oriented, then this hotel is not for you.

The restaurant was disappointing bad food and and the SPA from description is short walk on different location

It's well located, on a side street, but very close to the center and the main road. Very peaceful. A nice restaurant is just 50 m away. The staff was very nice. It's pet friendly. There are parking places right next to the building. 3/4 of the rooms have mountain-view. It's close to important sightseeing spots like Lacul Sf. Ana & Tinovul Mohos (0:45 hours by car) or Lacul Rosu & Cheile Bicazului (2:15 hours by car). Sf. Gheorghe is 0:30 hoyrs away by car.

The bathrooms and balconies could use a bit of remodeling. The rooms are cleaned while you are there only if you ask so - probably a post-COVID measure.
