Place is awesome and they also have dogs with bowties and monkeys

The property was creatively designed and used the tropical vegetation very well. The rooms were also well designed with comfortable clean beds and some large balconies with seats and parasols.

There was a problem with the shower in our room and the staff were swift to move us to another but the tv didn’t work with no WiFi in the other room and the remote was wrong. The owner was a nice man but not sure if he knows about the problems in the rooms. I’m sure it was nice when it was new. Also the tuk tuk driver wanted to charge us around 4 x the amount the hotel said it charges to take us into Dumaguete town centre.

The staff are very polite and helpful, the reason why I rate this property good instead of pleasant. There’s free breakfast and allotted parking space.

Different from actual versus the photos advertise here so don’t expect too much when you come. We were not able to enjoy swimming and take pictures in the pool area as it is not clean and not good to look at.
