Location was perfect for our purpose - reaching family in the vacinity and we like the space and comfort. Cobwebs and remnants of flies around the sliding door, didn't bother me - but picky people might be a bit critical

Thursday night from about 5 or 6 to 9 or 10 we put up with loud music from upstairs. We were cool with it for a while but by 8pm we getting irritated.

"Just what my son and I wanted for a weekend fishing trip! Great access and everything we needed."

Everything you needed was there. Good sized fridge, large pantry, two bedrooms suited us well, easy access on and off the motorway.

A couple of items others have mentioned - the bar stools and kitchen top being the only place to eat - a small table and chairs would be better. Also, the small size of the washbasin in the bathroom.

"Cosy and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and amazingly comfortable beds."

Sparkling clean. Great facilities. Super super comfy beds and pillows. Loved the reclining chairs.

A very minor thing only noticed with 3 females - very small hand hand sink in the bathroom.

"A Lovely, Cozy Apartment Close to the City"

It was a lovely apartment—we absolutely loved it. The living area was very cozy and welcoming. All amenities were available to us, including a washing machine, and the apartment came fully equipped with all kitchen essentials. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay close to Dunedin city. It’s only about 10 minutes from the city and just 2 minutes from the highway, which makes it very convenient for exploring Dunedin

Great location for us.Well stocked pantry and all you could want as far as self catering.Easy entry, exit.

Some extra towels for a 5 night stay would have been good.
