It was clean and the bottle of water in the fridge was more then welcomed, as outside it was very hot. The internet worked very well.

The pullout couch in the living room was quite hard and uncomfortable, I know it is not intended to be used as a primary sleeping accommodation the other bed was very comfortable, the building was a little bit difficult to find as it was not on the main road. For people driving to the location, please be aware that some parking spots are reserved, so be careful with the parking.
