Very decent central apartment, good for a short to medium stay. Very good value for money.

Fridge would use an extra cleaning on the inside.

Il letto è di una scomodità unica e super cigolante al minimo movimento, l’appartamento era freddino e il riscaldamento non funzionava bene e l’ultima mattina è saltata la corrente elettrica

Everything was covered in dust and dirt, bed sheets were stained and full of hair, the bathroom had cobwebs, a bad smell, and the air ventilation system was completely clogged with dust. The bed was broken and unusable, the chairs unstable, and the induction hob cracked. The host even admitted knowing about the damage to the hob but did nothing before we arrived, claiming it “works and is safe to use.” The electrical outlets were uncovered, posing a clear safety hazard. Outside the window, there were large amounts of bird droppings. We tried cleaning at our own expense, but it was hopeless. For our safety, we were forced to leave after the second night (out of 11 nights paid) and find another place to stay, again at our own expense. Instead of offering a refund, the host tried to twist the situation by falsely accusing us of breaking the vacuum cleaner, which we never even used. They never showed up in person and imposed an illegal self check-in. One of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
