Great hotel to stay. I will definitely consider this hotel again if I am planning to visit Samarkand again. Very good location. Quiet street, just off the main road. Wonderful staff, ask for Elyor, Diyor, or Suxrob, and you will be looked after very well.

Can't remember anything bad. Maybe the checkin took a little longer then expected, but mainly because of another guest and his problems. But us all was 'just lovely'

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement. L'hôtel est à 5 min à pieds du Registan ce qui est parfait. Hôtel très joliment décoré et cour intérieur très agréable. Le personnel est adorable. Excellent petit-déjeuner, je ne comprend pas les commentaires négatifs à ce sujet. C'est le meilleur buffet que nous ayons eu de tout notre voyage en Ouzbékistan. Le ménage n'est pas fait automatiquement mais il suffit simplement de le demander à l'accueil est laisser sa carte de chambre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques. Par conséquent il y a trop de lumière la nuit dans la chambre d'autant plus que la lumière de la cour reste ouverte. Nous avons bricolé un système pour cacher la fenêtre donc nous avons eu plus d'obscurité par la suite. C'est dommage, les rideaux méritent d'être changés.

Frühstück wird im Untergeschoss serviert. Eigentlich schade weil im Innenhof gibt es eine tolle Möglichkeit.

The location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk to Registan Square, with Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Siab Bazaar also within easy walking distance. Yet, as it's tucked away on a side street, it was very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a truly restful stay. During the heat of the day, we enjoyed returning to the hotel to relax in the courtyard. Our room was clean, and the shower had good, consistent water pressure. It was the ideal choice for our family, who prioritizes cleanliness and simplicity. The service was excellent—attentive but never intrusive. We also found that we could communicate in English for most things, which was very helpful. A particularly kind gesture was when the staff offered a fruit platter for my daughter when she wasn't feeling well. Thanks to this hotel, our first visit to Samarkand was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. レギスタン広場まで徒歩数分、Bibi-xhanymモスクやSIAB BAZARも徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーションですが、路地を入った所にあるため、とても静かで落ち着いて休むことができます。昼の暑い時間はホテルから戻り中庭でのんびり休憩して過ごしました。部屋は清潔でシャワーの湯量も安定しており、清潔さとシンプルさを重視する私たち家族には最適な選択肢でした。サービスも過剰ではなく適度に寄り添ってくれる感じが快適でした。複雑な話題でなければ大抵のことは英語でコミュニケーションができるので助かりました。娘が体調悪いときにフルーツ盛り合わせを提供してくれたのは嬉しかったです。当ホテルのお蔭で初のサマルカンド訪問は素敵な思い出となりました。皆さんにもお勧めしたいですし、次回訪問の際も是非宿泊したいと思います。

特にありません！できれば宿泊人数分、毎日一本ミネラルウォーターを提供して欲しかったかな。

everything was perfect!

위치가 좋습니다. 레기스탄까지 5-10분이면 걸어갈 수 있지요. 한낮에 햇살 뜨거울 때는 돌아와 에어컨 아래에서 편히 쉬다가 해질녘에 또 레기스탄까지 걸어가서 산책할 수 있습니다. 큰길에서 20m정도 안쪽이라 조용한데, 호텔을 찾기는 쉽습니다. 직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 체크인 때 관광세 문제로 질문이 길어졌는데, Elyor가 끝까지 친절하게 잘 설명해주고 머무는 동안 잘 도와주었습니다. 매일 수건과 물을 교체할 때마다 Suxrob은 웃으며 정성껏 도와주었습니다. 방과 침구가 깨끗합니다. 아침엔 창문을 활짝 열고 하늘을 보며 환기하는 것도 기분 좋았습니다.

최종 예약 직전엔 관광세가 1달러 정도라고 나온 걸 보고 결재했습니다. 숙소에 가서 직접 지불하는 방식이었는데, 체크인 때에 관광세가 하루당 3.3불/1인 이라고 안내받고 당황했습니다. 내가 결재한 후에 부킹닷컴에서 보낸 최종 바우처를 그곳에서 다시 확인하니, 해당 내역이 뒤에 붙어져 있었습니다. 총 5박을 예약했기에 예상보다 숙박비가 꽤 늘어난 셈이라 놀랐습니다.

A very good family-run hotel within walking distance of Registan. First of all, the hotel is managed by a family who live on the property, which makes you feel more like a guest in their home than a customer. Children play on the swings, women cook a wonderfully fragrant dish called zucchini caviar in a huge kazan (cauldron), and then invite you to come and taste it when it’s ready - even though they are actually preparing it for winter preserves. Everyone is very friendly and always ready to help. Secondly, the hotel is quiet, which is perfect after a full day of sightseeing. Everything is clean, neat, and charming. I really enjoyed my stay here.
