Die Lage. So in einem Hinterhof. Den vorderen Teil im schmalen Gang teilen sich wohl mehrere Mieter. Hier lag der Müll in offenen Beuteln. Die Wohnung muss gestrichen werden. Die Kinderbetten sind nichts. Also für Familien mit Kinderschlafzimmer ist das viel zu klein. Das sind keine richtigen Betten .Nur Martatzen ohne jeden Halt. Essecke: Geht so. Verdrahtung neben der Deckenlampe ohne Abdeckung. Sieht einfach unprofessionell gemacht aus. Küche: Raus. Veraltet und abgewohnt. Kühlschrank müffelt. Bad: Abluftventilator schwarz vom Dreck. WC -Spülung läuft ab und zu von selbst. In der Dusche müssen Fugen neu gemacht werden. Die fehlen nämlich . Kein Schimmel. Aussen: Der Rund-Tisch von nur 50 cm Durchmesser ist für 4 zu klein. 2 Personen geht schon nicht.
