Relaxing farmhouse

Loved everything about this place. The host was excellent and the facilities were perfect. A quiet oasis.

We had a really lovely stay at this house. The garden was beautifully kept and the whole property had a peaceful, relaxing vibe—perfect for unwinding. The pool was clean and great for cooling off during the day. Everything was well-maintained and felt private and quiet. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm retreat!

Beautiful place, amazing setting, clean, really well equipped, friendly host, they had some breakfast stuff and even milk which was very helpful, we wanted to do BBQ and they got everything ready for us the next day and an Easter Egg for children was so thoughtful:)

There is a lot of stuff so we were little confused what we could use vs not use... The pool was not ready so kids were gutted, they could not swim - but they do mention its seasonal so understandable.

Greta location, 10Min from San Marino’s Historic Center. Nice comfortable venue with beautiful mountain and vineyard views. Great for traveling with a Family. The hostess was very kind and welcoming!

This was a gem for us to explore San Marino. Our family showed up and enjoyed a swim in a beautiful outside pool. It was wonderful. The host was gracious and welcoming. We wish we were there another day or two. it is a quick drive to the hilltop of San Marino.

Amazing location 10 mins by car to the San Marino old city, the garden and the swimming pool with hydro-massage are available for all day, the garden is full equipped with sun bad, hammocks and shadow area, there is an well equipped barbacue area.

the villa is so pretty, so clean and cute. We loved it! The mistress was very helpful, responsive! The pool is clean. We recommend this villa for everyone! thanks!!!!
