The staff were eventually friendly. It's a family home so it eventually became warm after getting to know everyone. The property was gorgeous and had so much potential which is such a shame.

We weren't expected after booking nearly a week prior. We got there when it was raining and had to stand outside while the figured it out. Once in we had to wait for a while for them to 'clean' the room but once inside the room was extremely dirty, the floor hadn't been wiped and so much dust and unkept. I ended up having wipe the floors and surfaces myself. For the price, they could have offered a better quality and clean property.
