Large apartment, fully equipped kitchen, large shower

The reception staff does not speak English. Booking says there is a safe, but in reality there isn't. Location very far from the town center.

1 block from the ADO bus station, very nice & comfortable accommodations. Room is big! 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen & dining area. Bed is so comfortable which is hard to find in Mexico. Lot's of restaurants in walking distance. Staff is extremely attentive. This is my 2nd stay here & I will definitely return again.

Very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and kitchen, bed is cozy, outside area is well maintained and the pool is a great extra, little shops nearby and just a short walk to the ADO Bus station

Only a small thing: it’s not in the center of Bacalar, it’s around 15-20 minutes walk and there are a lot of dogs around and not all of them are friendly, which is not the accommodations fault

It was spacious, close to the bus station and clear communication for check in.

The bathrooms smelt awful - to the point it was difficult to enter them. It was quite noisy at night. Worth noting that the hotel is in the centre but you can pretty much walk everywhere within half an hour.

The place stinks: mould and sewage The personnel are innanimated, they showed zero worry or concern when we raised our observations about the room. No one to help with luggage. The pool was dirty, I would not swim there even in my dreams. The strong smell of the room did not let me sleep, I felt like vomiting and crying. Places like this should not be in businness, they are not fit for purpose. The outside door of the room has metal bars I had the jail experience.
