Excellent apartments. They have everything you need. Very clean. In May, we found parking near the building right away in the evening. The trams outside the window were not disturbing at all. There are air purifiers and humidifiers in all rooms. The city center is about a 5-minute walk away.

It is a semi-basement floor, so it’s impossible to keep the windows open. The climate control equipment really helps.

the location is in the basement - which is not necessarily a bad or good thing but I think you should know from the beginning. close to everything! you don't need a car or public transport (although in front of the house you have a tram stop) to visit Timisoara. the building looks very good and you have a garden inside where you can have a quick coffee. it has all the utilities and appliances you could need.

the first night i couldn't sleep because of the pillows! the pillows were horrible! i threw away better ones than what i had at this location. as a result, the next day we bought pillows from ikea and managed to get some sleep. in other words, you have 2 dehumidifiers in the house and the one in the bedroom makes a noise like it's taking off (probably the filter hasn't been cleaned since it was there - PS you can't turn it off because you're in the basement and it gets damp). the only thing noisier than the dehumidifier is the tram in front of the house. the bed shakes when it passes (every 2-3 minutes from 4:30 in the morning to 11 at night). even so, the location deserves a 8 or even 9 (if you're the type of person who sleeps well and doesn't mind any noise)

Locatia excelenta, aproape de magazine si cafenele (la 100m este o cafenea grozava), la 5 minute de mers de promenada de pe malul Begăi si 10 minute de centrul vechi. Dotat si utilat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Check-in-ul este in regim self check-in cu informatii foarte exacte.

Apartamentul este la subsol, ceea ce nu se înțelegea din descriere si nici nu am știut pana cand nu am făcut check-in-ul, in apropiere trece tramvaiul (zgomotul nu este mare, este usor sesizabil. Sotia mea este sensibila la zgomot in timp ce doarme si nu a auzit nimic, deci pot spune ca nu a fost deranjant). Parcarea din fata cladirii nu este privata, este publica si gratuita doar daca prinzi loc.

Mirosul de mucegai era foarte persistent (chiar si cu geamul deschis si aparatele de purificare pornite la maxim). Lipsa curățenie a fost mai mult decat credeam ca este posibil sa gasim la o cazare (de la fecale pe wc pana la tava murdara din cuptor). Personalul total neprofesionist, incercand sa ne scoata pe noi vinovati de mizeria de acolo pentru "grabă". Noi dupa 3h am reusit sa ne recuperam banii si sa cautam cazare in alta parte, deoarece chiar si daca faceau curatenie (ni s a spus ca va veni sotia si n 30 de minute ne putem intoarce, curatenie care nu putea fi facuta intr o jumatate de ora), mirosul de mugecai ne ar fi facut sa luam antialergic cu pumnul. Ne bucuram ca ceva ne a oprit sa nu luam copilul de 9 luni dupa noi!
