Cazarea este intr-o pivnita care da in strada principala cu tramvai. Din pacate este zgomot de la strada si de la dezumificatorul din camera care porneste la ora 6- 7 dimineata. Miros inchis de mucegai, pereti infiltrati , lumina slaba ca sa nu poti observa aceste lucruri. Praf peste tot. Nu se face curat cum trebuie sau deloc. Canapeaua a trebuit sa ne-o desfacem singuri, sa ne punem lenjerie noi. Lenjeria era uzata si mirosea urat. Am solicitat factura si am insistat in mai multe randuri. Dupa 2 -3 saptamani am primit-o. Nu recomanda aceasta cazare.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It's within walking distance of the city center, and we explored all the main attractions on foot. The location is perfect for experiencing Timișoara by walking around the city.

Everything was great.

Perfect location, free parking in front of the building, quiet and and peacfull environment.

Apartment is in the basement, with small windows which are on the level of pavement. Even with two dehumidifiers, there was a strong smell of humidity. Carpet wasnt too clean and had a lot of stains. Glasses and other dishes were only for 3 people, but we reserved for 4 people. I would not recommend it to more then 3 people.

Nada, en absoluto. Sucio, sofá reventado, sillas llenas de grasa, electrodomésticos llenos de polvo, cama incómoda, moquetas con migas, baño con pelos, la ducha filtraba agua, un sótano y para poner la cereza al pastel, justo bajo las vías del tranvía. Me marché de allí al poco de llegar.

Aproape de centru. Personalul amabil.

Locația, curățenia

the location is in the basement - which is not necessarily a bad or good thing but I think you should know from the beginning. close to everything! you don't need a car or public transport (although in front of the house you have a tram stop) to visit Timisoara. the building looks very good and you have a garden inside where you can have a quick coffee. it has all the utilities and appliances you could need.

the first night i couldn't sleep because of the pillows! the pillows were horrible! i threw away better ones than what i had at this location. as a result, the next day we bought pillows from ikea and managed to get some sleep. in other words, you have 2 dehumidifiers in the house and the one in the bedroom makes a noise like it's taking off (probably the filter hasn't been cleaned since it was there - PS you can't turn it off because you're in the basement and it gets damp). the only thing noisier than the dehumidifier is the tram in front of the house. the bed shakes when it passes (every 2-3 minutes from 4:30 in the morning to 11 at night). even so, the location deserves a 8 or even 9 (if you're the type of person who sleeps well and doesn't mind any noise)

Excellent apartments. They have everything you need. Very clean. In May, we found parking near the building right away in the evening. The trams outside the window were not disturbing at all. There are air purifiers and humidifiers in all rooms. The city center is about a 5-minute walk away.

It is a semi-basement floor, so it’s impossible to keep the windows open. The climate control equipment really helps.
