It is set back from the street with a nice little fenced backyard. The kitchen and bathroom are very well updated. The bed is very comfortable in a loft and they have made the stairs as safe as possible.

Street parking is a bit annoying as you end up rather far to bring your stuff in and out.

Walking distance to downtown. We were only there for one night, it was excruciatingly hot and the unit was mercifully comfortable.

I did a show at Englewood Park and it was 4 min.away Very comfortable place...could have used some air conditioning or maybe a screen on the upstairs window so you could air out without bugs coming in but all in all a great little place ...I would definitely stay there again!

Awkward loft bed. Difficult to maneuver in the middle of the night No comfortable chairs or sofa to relax snd watch tv

It was very clean, private and accommodating.

The mattress was too soft.

The entire place was creative and comfy

The smoke alarm is sensitive after using the oven I had it opened the oven and it went off for several minutes.
