The staff at the resort are all willing to communicate. The first meal(dinner) was very good. Boat fee (not common pick up time) can be negotiated.

The shower equipment needs to be upgraded. Although it’s understood that the resort was built on the sea, the sound of the waves hitting the wooden piles was very loud, and there was also a sense of shaking.

Absolutely recommended! The place, the view and the room are simply amazing. We found kindness from all the crew! Also the food was really really good: fresh fish and abundant portions. If you go to Semporna, you should choose this resort.

Hotel is under construction, constant noise. No cleaning service Bedbugs Extreme overpriced for the services and facilities provided

Amazing location and super nice staff.

The site is new and under construction so there were workers making huge noise all day long. Food was quite good but it can’t absolutely reach the level we expected from a resort . Daily service of cleaning was missing. On booking description were mentioned Mini market and automatic food station would be on site but they were missing. Price was one of the highest for the category in that moment but the services are absent. We were the only 2 guests and for 30 minutes of advance check out they asked for up charge. All the basic activities are not included in the price (snorkelling, paddle, etc…) No alcool available. No money change available but mentioned in the profile.
