USHostess Lali and housekeeper Hellen were fabulous and very helpful. Lali provided my wife with a quick tour of town and provided recommendations for dinner, flyfishing, and sightseeing. Hellen helped us with laundry. Our boys loved the upstairs bedrooms and the unique raised play area. The whole family enjoyed the fireplace at night as the house cooled down. The location was a short walk from restaurants and shopping.
The garage was a snug fit for the four-door Hilux but with spotters we were able to make it fit. The master bedroom mattress was adequate, but a more comfortable mattress would enhance the sleeping experience. The kindling for the fireplace was very wet and wouldn't ignite, but Lali saved us by deliving some dry wood.
ZACrossroads Cottage is an excellent stay for anyone looking for a soulful and quiet stay. It has modern amenities yet maintains the prestige of older priorities. It boasts a lovely homey feel. I'd highly recommend it.

GBZAThe property is comfortable and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything, including a bread machine which we thoroughly enjoyed using.
The rooms are not en-suite (I didn’t realise this) but it does not take away much from the overall comfort of the accommodation. The property is close to the road and one can hear cars zooming past, which is disturbing when asleep.
