Zenroom Apartments

We liked how cozy was the room and how clean it was. They did great with optimizing the small space. It was also very clean and tidy which is always the most important for us. The communication was also good. Overall a good place except some details I would write below.

It could be rather small for longer stays with more luggage as there is no space to store it - we were only for one night so it was not a problem for us, but if we stayed longer it would become less comfortable. Also, we didn't feel there was much attention to detail - we didn't like the hosts did the bare minimum in terms of amenities - for example, there were no additional blankets - my husband fell a bit ill and felt cold during the night and there was nothing to add as a blanket and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning as it would blow directly on the couch where our kids are sleeping (the hight of the bedroom does not allow for us to switch with them). The bathroom didn't even have a stand for the toothbrushes and cosmetics was only one 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel in a big size - so used by every guest, we didn't have bottom sheet for the couch which we used as we were 4 people (honest mistake but still). I know all these are small details but we have stayed in much better equipped and thought out places for the same price so I feel they matter for the overall feedback.

Sve pohvale za smeštaj. Apartman je manjih dimenzija, ali je izuzetno funkcionalno i sa ukusom uređen, sa pažljivo osmišljenim detaljima koji doprinose prijatnom boravku. Sve je besprekorno čisto i uredno, a lokacija je odlična – idealna za obilazak grada. Domaćin Sara je izuzetno ljubazna, gostoprimljiva i uvek dostupna za sva pitanja. Topla preporuka svima koji planiraju posetu Ljubljani.
