Host is really nice and helpful. Even though the sea view was partially blocked by a building, it was still nice. Clean and good size. Shower was tight, but good. It has a good infrastructure if you want to eat at the apartment

Even though on booking it says it is 100m from the nearest beach, in reality it is about 1.3km with a massive uphil to get to the building. I had to rent a scooter to facilitate going back and forth. Bed matress was terrible, awful. There is ar conditioning only in the living room, not in the bedroom. Curtains in the bedroom were not blackout, hard to sleep in.
