Bonjour Merci pour l’intérêt que vous avez apporté à ma demande et je tiens à vous réclamer que le propriétaire m’as informé que son appartement est déjà loué pour un mois et je me suis trouvé coincé à la rue !!!! J’ai pas bénéficie de la nuitée J’ai demandé le remboursement mais c’est pas encore fait

Nichts, uns wurde zwei Stunden vor Ankunft storniert. Das Geld haben wir bis heute nicht zurückbekommen und der Booking.com Kundenservice hat schriftlich nicht reagiert und telefonisch versprochen es zu regeln aber bis heute ist nichts passiert.
