Close to town centre

Toilet seat broken,toilet flush not working- had to use a bucket, remote broken,no light bulb cover, broken table Bed full of ejaculation marks and black staines I don't want to think where they came from Sofa looks like rats are living inside, Now, they are trying to make my pay for broken door window and a cupboard door. Got photos of All these issues
