Deși cazarea arată bine și pare nouă din poze, la prima vedere, aspectele esențiale au fost complet neglijate. Lenjeria de pat era murdară și neschimbată, fiind evident că fusese folosită de oaspeți anteriori. În baie, prosoapele erau murdare, unul dintre ele fiind chiar ud și lăsat în cuier de la persoana cazată înainte, iar noi nu am primit deloc prosoape curate. În plus, curățenia generală lăsa mult de dorit: nu era măturat, gunoiul nu fusese aruncat, iar baia nu era igienizată deloc. Per ansamblu, camera nu părea pregătită pentru primirea unor noi oaspeți, ceea ce a fost o experiență foarte neplăcută.
