Air-conditioning was good. WiFI was good. Bathroom clean and with a washing machine. Well equipped and a good size tv. Balcony to hang out wet clothes.

Foam mattreses too soft and not suitable for adult size. Living room couch is a disaster. No parking. Parking area too far
