O locație minunata! Priveliștea este fantastica , Dunărea iti oferă maxima priveliște când este senin, nor si ploaie ,peisajul este mirific. Personalul respectuos și implicat pentru client! Pensiunea Berzasca !

Nu exista nu mi a plăcut!

It was a shame we only stayed one night, but I will make sure to come back in the future. This is a really nice place in a great location allowing for really nice views over the Danube and the hills. Very clean, everything is well built, and thought through. The host is friendly and welcoming, the food was good, so all in all, highly recommended!

Totul la superlativ...nimic de reproșat...de la check in pana la check out...impecabil

Ca am rezervat decât 2 nopți 😐

Totul a fost peste așteptări – camere moderne și confortabile, curățenie impecabilă, un vibe cozy și relaxant. Priveliștea și liniștea locului sunt de vis, piscina a fost un mare plus, iar mâncarea absolut delicioasa. De la sosire până la plecare, am fost întâmpinați cu zâmbetul pe buze, amabilitate și promptitudine. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Am petrecut 6 nopți fantastice din toate punctele de vedere, ne vom reîntoarce cu cea mai mare plăcere. Personalul de nota 10, mâncarea extraordinar de bună, camere mari și cu o priveliște superbă de la balcon, curățenie nota 10, nu numai că în fiecare zi am fost serviți din partea casei ba cu vișinată sau prăjiturele. O pensiune care își respectă clienții. Dacă ar fi așa peste tot în România nu ar mai pleca nimeni în vacanțe pe afară.

Nota 10 cu *...de la primirea noastră ca oaspeți pana la plecare.Personalul extraordinar, camerele impecabile, piscina încălzită și incredibil de curată, iar mancarea de nota 11. Ca locație...fără cuvinte😘. Cu siguranță merită 5*....felicitări tuturor celor implicați la proprietate și care fac ca sejurul fiecaruia să fie de neuitat🙏🙏🙏

First , the owner makes his rules as he wants. Is not pet friendly, as the pet can't be left alone in the room, so if you want to be , as a couple by the pool, you can't in the sun. There are no coffee facilities in the rooms. The access road is full of holes, so watch your car. The location is not great as it is in the middle of nowhere, with no turistic activities to do. The owner, Alex, was extremely rude, shouted at me, and even raised his hand at me when I asked where his policies as he make up rules because " he wants to". Apparently the pool is only for those who drink at his restaurant, so be aware, is not in the price of the room as he saud "you can stay in your room if you don't buy from my restaurant ". 5 breakfast is disgusting: very process salami , hard cheese and 2 slices of cucumber , 2 fried eggs and 1 coffee. I don't know where his menu is for breakfast as he never asks you what you eat. That is not breakfast. He refused to speak English with my partner even though he knows how because " i don't want to, she can translate to you " and shouted in front of othet guests to my partner to take his sliper off from sun lounges , very rudely and offensive apparently because we don't know how much money he spent do build that place. We didn't go and visit his home. We paid for services, a business , and services he didn't provide. He stopped shouting only when he saw i am filming him. We managed to get our money back for one day but is the worse place we stayed, and only this year I have been in over 10 hotels all over Europethroughbooking.com. .He is also very discriminatory if you don't wear designer clothes as he said my sleepers are too dirty. Just typical uncivilised, low class romanian who thinks that if he has a pool, he has 4 stars. His services are basics and the most a budget hotel.
