"Nice"

Location

Shower water pressure very weak. The couches in the lounge. Too low and uncofortable to sit, more like a bed. A hair dryer would be nice. Especially during the wet rainy weather

Comfortable , spacious and beautifully decorated swiss cottage with lots of books and a very friendly , helpful and caring host Shané. The peace and quiet of the place yet very central to the wine farms and Stellenbosch.

Shané met us when we arrived at the property and she was very friendly and helpful. She was a super host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at her accommodation. Shané was very patient and friendly in her interactions with our granddaughter who loved feeding the rabbits and cats with Shané in the afternoons. We would gladly recommend Ruan and Shané's Helberberg Cottage accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in the Somerset West area.

We have no complaints. There was nothing that we did not enjoy and Shané was a great host. She was very helpful and accommodating and if we needed anything we just asked for it.
