Super clean and comfy beds .. air conditioner worked great and it was nice to have ceiling fans .. plus they let me check in early which was awesome .. definitely staying here when in Tulsa

This was absolutely the most comfortable little house I’ve stayed in, in a long while! The Hostess was exceptional and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The property inside was spotless. Definitely a 10 in my book

The location isn’t the greatest . It is located on a very busy road next to the highway but the amenities make up for this 10 fold!

The owner was amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!! The house is very charming. It’s centrally located and very close to the highway on ramp. Beautiful fenced backyard, you can definitely tell they take pride in ownership, as it was honestly the nicest looking property on the street. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and honestly I think they thought of everything!! Toiletries, tea, coffee and snacks were all provided along with some cold non alcoholic beverages.. thank you ☺️

A little noisy from the highway if staying in the front bedroom. We really only noticed it at bedtime when all other things were off.

The hostess was kind and the house had clean furniture with reasonably comfortable accomodations. As well as, access to appliances which was both welcome and unexpected.

2.5 stars If anyone is travelling with kids, do be mindful of the area. This is a rougher area and our 9 year old did not feel comfortable being there alone for any reason. Additionally, there were several infestation issues that we had to combat during our stay. There is a wasp nest with some unhappy campers that is right above where guest are suppose to sit on the porch, so we opted for sitting in our car any time we'd otherwise be on the porch over the 2 nights/3 days we were there. There is also a serious ant problem in the front and back of house that has fully infiltrated the interior living space. We understand that the house is older, but there are plenty of places that ant traps could be placed as ants were literally pouring in from the walls. I had to shake out my son's sheets twice in his bedroom as they were crawling with ants, and he justifiably had refused to lay down until they were checked. The bathroom is also over run with them, and it being a tiny bathroom made for an unfortunate experience when the ants start to crawl on you while you're using the restroom! I sincerely wanted to give this place a higher rating, but that simply would not be fair per the unfortunate experience my family and I had whilst staying here. Our son asked to not go back to this accommodation again, and that is a request we will be sure to grant.
