Nice location, in the forest with a lot of kids activities; the food was great and the staff very nice and helpfull

Could use a few repairs (like bathrooms, adding air cond in the rooms at 2nd floor, some paint/polish for the amenities made of wood , also the small footbal terain could be a bit improved).

Fine people (Florin was the best, trying to help wherever possible). We liked the food prepared here, also they were very flexible to accommodate our orders, especially for our kids. Very nice surroundings for kids: playground in the middle of the forest, farm animals were very appreciated by the small ones.

During the summer, it can be very hot, the location is not quite in the mountain area. We didn't had air conditioner at the 2nd floor and it was difficult during the evening.

Beautiful place surrounded by woods, lots for the kids to do from pony riding to feeding the rabbits and the goats to jumping on the trampoline or making memories in the wooden playhouse. Lots of relaxation opportunities for adults too, I especially enjoyed being in the hammock while listening to the birds and the kids playing nearby. We were able to make a splash in the hot tub too and we really enjoyed the food and the homemade everything from the jam in the morning to the loose leaf tea from their garden and so on. The staff were so so kind and pleasant and went beyond our expectations to make us feel good.

We booked an apartment as we’re a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids (under 4) and while the bedroom had a spacious and comfy bed, the second room didn’t have suitable sleeping arrangement (it was an uneven pull out couch, short for my husband and too narrow to sleep 1 adult and a toddler). After struggling to sleep the first night we mentioned this to reception and they kindly added a single bed next to the couch (while a lot better than the couch it was still not a proper bed but rather a foldable camping kind of bed without a proper mattress- still better than the couch though and my husband slept there while the toddler slept on the couch that we pulled next to the camping bed). So I think they should replace the couch with a proper double bed to create a comfortable family room. We tried our friends bed in the double room they booked and it was comfy but it’s 2 single beds together so again if you have a toddler sleeping between the adults it’s not comfy as there was a gap, so maybe a thick mattress topper to join them would be good. The other thing is there was a lot of light in the room, even at night as our bedroom window was facing the front of the property with the car park that was light up the whole night, some blinds/shutters would be great as the see through curtain they had didn’t block any light. This could be a preference as well as we like if possible complete darkness when sleeping while others might not care but thought it’s important to mention.

I liked the location, facilities for kids, surrounding forest, friendly staff.

The bathroom was not so clean and it was not renovated for a while.. The towels were worn. Water pressure was low on last floor.
