Such a lovely stay! Really comfortable beds and delicious breakfasts. Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

Breakfast is great. Ambiance is warm. Location is perfect.

The general cleanliness is good, but the details (spider webs) are a bit neglected. The noises coming from the street at night can be a bit annoying.

Excellent location. Easily walkable to main attractions and steps from the Gamla Stan underground. Also walkable from the main Stockholm train station. It is a short walk also to the ferries that take you out to the islands. The apartment is also right in amongst the popular tourist shopping area in the old town yet in a side street that’s a bit quieter so ideal. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety and quality of food. The apartment was great with washer/drey, washing machine, and all other utensils and appliances you could need. The apartment also had a more than the usual 2 teabags which was a pleasant surprise and it also had enough small milk pouches to do is for our entire 3 night stay. We have now been travelling for 2 months and in all that time, this is the ONLY accommodation we didn’t have to continuously go back and ask for more tea/coffee supplies. Full marks there! The staff were all friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The only reason it is rated slightly lower is that the apartment is showing its age and could probably do with a deep clean (dusty lights), a fresh coat of paint (chipping chipboard bathroom cupboards), and some new rugs. Overall though it was ideal for our short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff. The offered breakfast is of very good quality and we enjoyed it very much. We stayed in the Maisonette on the second floor. It is indeed very spacious and the positive remarks here are the quality of the beds, bluetooth speaker and the comfortable seating in the living room.

However, there are some remarks. To start, the hotel is accesible for people in a wheelchair but this apartment is nowhere near reachable for someone in a wheelchair. In general, the pictures on Booking show a lot of pictures when you select the maisonette, but a good number of these pictures are not taken in the maisonette! The kitchen is outdated. At least one cabinet-handle was broken. The other rooms also seemed dated. There are plenty of lights to be found but the lightbulbs did not provide a comfortable atmosphere. We found the bathroom quite small considering there were 3 bedrooms. Also, the bathroom could not be locked. Also, smells from the hotel kitchen were smelled in the hallway, the toilet and the bathroom. We found this to be curious.

Great location in the old town. Very friendly staff. Apartment was cosy and large enough with kitchen/living and one bedroom. Very quiet since it is located in the annex across the road from main hotel. Very good breakfast with fresh/home made products

heating system was sufficient but difficult to regulate. Bathroom a bit old: tub would need replacement

Apartment was central for everything really good location. Bed was really comfy

Very tired looking, light above bed hanging off, rugs everywhere were slippy on the wooden floor, bathroom had paint missing off cabinet, bath had enamel missing and floor got very wet when showering as water didn’t drain down properly, needs items addressing for cost
