"Fair price, but not the best"

It was cheap, comfortable, had a nice tv and kitchinette. Modern furniture, and a nice small balcony

AC was not working, it was just blowing regular air like a fan. I will mention that there were 2 AC's. The one in the living room was ok, but the one in the bedroom was not working. Also no hot water, it was just room temp water. The cold shower was pleasant for me but my girlfriend didn't enjoy it so much

Everything was nice. I needed to arrive 3 hours before, and the hosts made possible earlier check in. The place is on a great location, looks perfect in a new building, communication was great, immediate and I would stay again for sure.
