1. To kill for view - facing the oceon, huge balcony, i was able to do my workouts and pilates there, lots of chair to sit and enjoy the view, cloth rack after swlmming, 2. Super child friendly - all sharp edges covered, baby chair for meals provided, baby trainer toilet seat attached to the main toilet seat- this i cannot emphasize how many hosts do not see this ad important since you do not know of there is children tagging along 3. Complete kitchen set, toilet utensils, extras of soap, pillows, extra small mattress 4. The toilet is huge - i always hv a liking to huge toilets 5. Coffee and sugar provided in the fridge - ahh,,what more a coffee lover needs for a view in front of the ocean 6. Water filter installed at the main pipe- this feature I note that few hosts do not provide - of course coway is the next attractire feature - but a more practical yet effective thing to have because come on - we all need to drink water right, and i really hate having to list drinking water as part of the items to pack on holidays - 7. For those coming with big families - there is extra folding table provided - i just love it when the host shows they want to give the best to the client 8. The house was clean spotless - albeit it is an old building, with the feeling that quite a few people abandoned it already. Our next door neighnour was a friendly guy who helped us when we had a misunderstanding with the code for the house key 9. You can walk all the way down and take a swim , the water is clean 10. You also have access to the next door hotel small cove - few use this site for fishing, or to swim at the hotel pool next door

1. The bird droppings on the balcony - it was there when we checked in, we cleaned it up, and it was spotless till morning - when we came back from breakfast - the bird droppings were there again - it is difficult to control the pigeons as it is a open space facing the water 2. The furniture arrangement as in the interior design can be improved - there is no chair facing the tv, in fact the maim bedroom sliding door is facing the tv, but it does not really hurt if you are not a tg person 3. The airconditioning became noisy when we turned up the temperature - so we turned it down again and used the soft silky blankets provided 4. The sink plumbing smells - but we didnt cook any meals thus we were not bothered at all about it
