PHI like the location because it is at the very center if Gen. Luna. The place is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We were there to relax actually and we got the peace that we wanted.
A TV could be more relaxing. Since Siargao's weather is very unpredictable, maybe the place could have a lot fo supply of umbrellas and raincoats for rent, just like our stay in Jiufen, Taiwan where the host lends us umbrellas each time we go out.

USAmazing, kind, welcoming staff!! Every single person working here is incredible!! Comfortable bed, perfect location.
Didn’t get a single second of sleep with the constant noise, music blasting from the restaurant next door from 10am-10pm daily (good music but no sleep), very loud construction the entire day, starting before 8am, kids screaming outside the room, it was genuinely impossible to rest or relax here. Room was nice, bathrooms are not.

It's noisy all day for the Craftsman. The building is being completed. At night, a rooster crows And a dog barked all night.

AUThe staff Billy and Ina were very friendly and attentive to our requests and needs as guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Good hot water heater was nice. Once the noisy renovation is complete I can recommend this hotel as more of an Boutique hotel. It is better than hostels for comfort, cleanliness and safety but not as grand of bigger hotels. Despite the unpaved rocky road of the alley, the location is great for night life. They also rent out scooters which is very convenient.
But disappointed we were not informed about the noisy renovation work going on in the ground floor. There is a rooster crowing randomly at odd humanly hours however that's normal on an island like Siargao. However, we were unfortunately there during the noisy renovation. However the staff service and location close to best bars and cafes made up for the noise. It was little expensive compared to what we would get for the money in Cebu and Manila.
